NBA Green Week has made its way back to the Central Coast and as the Official Sustainability Partner of the Santa Cruz Warriors, Allterra Solar is proud to present Green Week 2016 at Kaiser Permanente Arena. Allterra has teamed up with the UCSC Arboretum, New Leaf Community Markets and Big Creek Lumber to present Green Week 2016. This year’s festivities will run March 24th – March 30th and feature three exciting match ups:
March 24th – Santa Cruz vs. Idaho. UCSC Arboretum Jersey Night presented by Allterra Solar
March 27th – Santa Cruz vs. Austin. New Leaf Community Markets & Allterra Solar Local Food Local Power Night
March 30th – Santa Cruz vs. Reno. Allterra Solar and Big Creek Lumber Present Threes for Trees
Tickets are $25 each
The first match up on March 24th will benefit the UC Santa Cruz Arboretum. $10 from each ticket will be donated to UCSC Arboretum. The Santa Cruz Warriors will play the Idaho Stampede in custom jerseys.
There will be a silent auction for the jerseys—set up in the Kaiser Permanente Arena lobby. Attendees are invited to bid on jerseys during the game. Winners will be announced at the end of the game and invited to join the players who will autograph the game jersey and pose a picture. Proceeds from the Jersey Auction will benefit the UC Santa Cruz Arboretum.
On March 27th, Santa Cruz Warriors will face off against the Austin Spurs. In the spirit of Green Week and renewable energy, Allterra Solar will be offering free solar site assessments. Attendees can learn if their home is a good fit for solar and how much they can save with solar. Attendees that go solar with Allterra will receive a $250 gift card to Newleaf!
